Reporting Infringements

PaynaStore values intellectual property rights and encourages our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been subject to copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations, please provide [email protected] with the following information in writing, as outlined by the DMCA:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the authorized person representing the copyright or intellectual property owner.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific location on PaynaStore’s platform where the allegedly infringing material is located, enabling us to identify it.
  • Your contact details: address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement declaring your good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner.
  • A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided, under penalty of perjury, and asserting your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a bona fide infringement notification, PaynaStore’s Legal Department (the designated agent) will take appropriate action, including the removal or disabling of infringing material. We will strive to inform the user responsible for the material about the removal and reasons behind it.

Please ensure your notification adheres to all these requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not be considered valid.

Responding To Infringements

If you believe your work was removed or disabled mistakenly or due to misidentification, you can respond by providing [email protected] with the following information in writing, as per the DMCA:

  • Your physical or electronic signature as the subscriber of PaynaStore.
  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury, expressing your good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

Upon receiving a valid Counter Notice, PaynaStore may communicate to the original complainant that the removed material could be reinstated within approximately 10 business days, unless a court order is sought by the copyright or intellectual property owner.

We appreciate your attention to these requirements and your commitment to respecting intellectual property rights.
