1. Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Goods

We are dedicated to resolving cases where customers receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty. This includes situations such as:

  • The received product doesn’t match its description on the website, with discrepancies in items, materials, or sizes.
  • The product is received in torn, dirty, wet, or otherwise compromised condition.
  • The product displays visible defects, including blurred prints or misplacement.
  • Products suffer damage, peeling prints, or issues after the initial wash.

Please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 14 days of delivery to seek further assistance. For orders exceeding 14 days from the delivery date, PaynaStore regrets being unable to process claims related to these cases.

Kindly provide the following information:

  • Order details for confirmation.
  • Photos of the packaging label.
  • Photos of the items, including the size tag/neck label within the frame.
  • Images highlighting the damaged/wrong/faulty aspect differing from the website description.

Upon receiving the necessary proofs and confirming eligibility for the refund policy, a refund will be promptly processed to the payment account used for the order.

2. Incorrect Size

We are committed to resolving cases where customers receive products of the wrong size. This pertains to products that significantly deviate from the product’s size guide by more than 1.5 inches.

For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving the order. Claims beyond 14 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order information for verification.
  • Photos of the items and size tag/neck label within the frame.
  • Clear images displaying the actual measurements of the items, including width and length (using measuring tape).

After receiving the necessary evidence and confirming a discrepancy exceeding 1.5 inches from standard measurements, a refund will be promptly processed to the payment account used for the order.

3. Lost Items

We pledge to assist in cases where your order is lost during shipping.

Once tracking reports indicate delivery, an email confirmation will be sent to ensure the receipt of the correct items. Please verify your mailbox, check security cameras, inquire with neighbors, and contact the local post office to locate your package.

If you haven’t received the package per the email confirmation, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of delivery.

Provide the following information:

  • Order details.
  • Verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from the local post office regarding the missing package.

Upon receiving the necessary information, a refund will be promptly processed to the payment account used for the order. Claims beyond 14 days from the delivery date cannot be addressed.

4. Cancellation

You have a 4-hour window after purchase to request an order cancellation. Submit a cancellation request here, and your payment will be refunded to the card used for the transaction. After the 4-hour period, PaynaStore cannot support order cancellations or modifications.
