Your order will enter the processing phase immediately after it’s placed. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Handling Time: 3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Delivery Time:

Once your order has been processed, you can anticipate delivery within the following timeframes (excluding Saturday and Sunday):

  • Standard Delivery: 10 – 15 business days.
  • For Remote Areas: An additional 10 – 20 days may be required to ensure doorstep delivery, due to extended transit distances.
  • PO BOX Addresses: Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO BOX addresses.
  • International Orders: For countries outside the US, kindly allow an extra 3 – 5 working days. This is because we need to transfer items from our overseas warehouse.

We want to ensure that you are well-informed about potential delivery times, especially for remote locations and international orders. If you’re situated far from our primary distribution centers, please understand that it might take a bit longer for your order to reach you. Additionally, please ensure to provide a non-PO BOX address to ensure successful delivery.

Currently, we offer standard shipping for all orders. We understand that convenience is paramount, and we’re actively working to introduce expedited shipping options in the near future. This will provide you with even more choices to tailor your shopping experience to your needs.

Order Tracking:

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we want to ensure transparency every step of the way. We will provide a tracking code once your order begins its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. This tracking information will be sent to you approximately 5 days after placing your order. Rest assured, we’re committed to keeping you up-to-date on your order’s status. Please note that tracking updates will not occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
